Just create new settings in your mobile:-

Proxy:- 65.110.6.44
Port:- 80
Apn:- airtelgprs.com
Hp:- facebook.com

Airtel Gprs On PC:-
Step1- Open Mozilla Firefox In PC.
Step2- Goto tools.
In tools go to Options.
Step3- In options Goto General and Change homepage
Step4- Set home page as facebook.com
Step5- After it Goto Advanced Then network.
Step6-In that Select Proxy and fill the Proxy and port as mention above.
Step7-Save the settings and restart the browser.
